FAQs

When is the best time for my baby to start sleep training?

The best time to start sleep training is 12 weeks. Any time before this age is highly discouraged because a newborn’s circadian rhythm is not quite developed and baby still needs those extra feeds and comforts from momma.

Will my baby practice cry it out?

We focus on gentle approaches in order to teach your baby to sleep independently, every baby is so different. Some may catch on faster and tears won’t be shed as much and some may have a tougher time. Breaking a baby’s sleeping habits and teaching them to sleep on their own can be impossible without some tears but together as a team, we can get through this for both you and baby!

How long will it take for my baby to start sleeping through the night?

Every baby is different. This will depend on the sleep method and the parent. Typically it can take anywhere between 5-14 days.

Which plan is best for me?

If your baby is over 12 weeks and is not sleeping through the night we offer sleeping plans which give you full access to our team with a sleeping method and schedule, emails, and daily updates. If your baby/toddler has good sleeping habits but needs some tweaks here and there our team can set you up with a 60-minute call with Amber to answer any questions you may have.
